Suburban visit to Chicago from
So convenient and easy to use
I purchased 2 C3 CityPASS tickets as I hosted a friend's short visit to Chicago. I liked the selection of events and activities available as it covered my guest's interests. Getting one pass for each of us was easy to do and made planning our itinerary very convenient. One stop shopping. It even saved us a few dollars.
I'd use it again.

Good value and easy to use.
We bought the C3 CityPASS while in Chicago for 3 days..it was a great way to experience some of the things we already wanted to do and save a little money as well. The app makes getting tickets and reservations very easy! It was perfect for the short stay we had there this summer!

Easy to buy, but money was wasted
I bought a C3 CityPASS for myself and for a friend to see three sites in Chicago. I had limited time to use it, and with unforeseen circumstances, was only able to use it for 1 attraction. The concept is great, but it takes a lot of time to travel within the city, using public transport and Uber/Lyft, and reservation times were missed. In addition, when I made a reservation for Shedd's Aquarium, the hours showed 9am - 6pm....however, it closed at 4pm! I'm upset that I paid $106 each and only got to experience one thing. There are 9 days to use the pass, but i live over 6 hours away (longer with all the road construction) and can't manage to come 2 weekends in a row. The pass was easy to purchase online, and worked great for the one attraction. I just don't like paying for stuff that I don't get to use.

Not worth it to save $3
CityPASS was not worth it for our trip. We bought the C3 to visit 3 museums during our 2-week trip to Chicago. We used 2 passes in the first days, but then we weren't able to use the last pass before the 9-day expiration. When I contacted their customer support on the 9th day, their AI chat said they were not expiring and could be used 2 more days, but when I finally found a number to call and confirm the real life person said no, they were expiring and the date could not be extended. So in the end we lost a full museum. All because we were saving $3. Not worth it. Just buy directly from the museum and support the city, not a 3rd party corporation.

Easy, Fast, and Streamlined
This was the first time using CityPass. I wished I had purchased CityPass for New York City too! I can not express how easy it was to see the major attractions in Chicago through CityPass. We did not have to wait in line to purchase tickets, I simply scanned my phone and my spouse and I got to enjoy the Shedd Aquarium, Field Museum, and the Art Institute. CityPass was so helpful that I will be using this service for other major cities like New York, and more!

The best use of money there might be on a trip.
I've used CityPASS in multiple cities in the past. I love it! It's a great value. You don't always save a ton of money but it's absolutely worth it. Especially if you're buying multiple CityPASS tickets!

Father Son Trip
I purchased the CityPASS Chicago C3 for my son and me. We had limited time to do some site seeing but also wanted our schedule to remain flexible. It was perfect! We visited the Field Museum and did the River Architectural Tour on one day and then spent the morning at the Art Institute on our last day in Chicago. Great value and the app was very easy to navigate. I would definitely use it again when traveling!

Easy and convenient way to get into attractions
It was very easy to book our attractions e everything went as smooth as possible. Not having to get into lines to buy our tickets and paying less it's a big thing.
I had to change a time slot in one of my options and had no trouble to do it.

CityPASS Came Through Again!
We had used CityPASS on a previous trip to Seattle and had a great time, so we walked in with expectations. CityPASS came through with flying colors. We didn’t have as much time as we would have liked so we chose the C3 pass and visited the Skydeck, the Shoreline Architecture tour, and the Shedd Aquarium. The ease of downloading the passes, and not having to worry about standing in lines to buy tickets was fantastic. In the future, if CityPASS is available on vacation, we are in!
